Manoj Kumar Swain is the founder of soch of Society for Children (SOCH) (2012)[1], an Indian non-profit working on women & children and education from Khordha.

SOCH's outreach teams work Odisha's railway platforms through its Rakshyak programme, rescuing runaway, missing and trafficked children and resettling them safely. Established in 2012, it also runs Punarjivan residential camps for children dealing with addiction or long gaps in schooling, and its Pankh programme helps orphaned young people find their feet in society.
