Lavalina Sogani is the founder-secretary of Vimukti Sanstha [1], an Indian non-profit working on education and women & children from Jaipur.

Vimukti Sanstha was founded in 2004 by Lavalina Sogani after she witnessed a domestic worker's daughter being denied schooling given to her brother, and now runs the Vimukti Girls School alongside career-development and life-skills programs (including Project Udaan) for underprivileged girls in Jaipur's urban slums. Its site reports having served over 2,000 scholars, with more than 200 now working as professionals, and lists a Global Sustainability Award received in 2025.
