Karthee Vidya is the founder of Team Everest (2006)[1], an Indian non-profit working on education and livelihood from Chennai.

Team Everest

Team Everest is a Chennai-based volunteering organisation that acts as a single place for people to find volunteering opportunities, open to anyone anywhere and to volunteers from the age of three upwards. Alongside its volunteer events it runs an education scholarship programme that helps students who have asked for support to join college.

  • 1 Lakh volunteers inspired from India and 30 more countries
  • 1 million children's lives impacted
