Kapil Dev

Kapil Dev, born 1959, captained India to the 1983 cricket World Cup and is the only cricketer to have taken more than 400 Test wickets and scored more than 5,000 Test runs. His involvement in the voluntary sector dates from 2003, when he and a group of associates founded KHUSHII — Kinship for Humanitarian, Social and Holistic Intervention in India — as an independent not-for-profit based in Delhi.
