Dr. Satish Gogulwar is the co-founder of Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi[1], an Indian non-profit working on healthcare, women & children, rural & agriculture and livelihood from Nagpur.

Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi

Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi (Marathi for 'We, for our health') is a Nagpur-based grassroots nonprofit founded in 1984 by Dr Satish Gogulwar and Shubhada Deshmukh, working across tribal and rural Vidarbha and neighbouring Madhya Pradesh. It addresses malnutrition, maternal and neonatal mortality and childhood stunting through trained community health workers, and has built over 1,500 women's self-help groups in Gadchiroli district alone, alongside sustainable-agriculture and livelihoods programmes.
