Anita Ratnam is the founder & managing trustee of Samvada [1], an Indian non-profit working on education and livelihood from Bengaluru.

Samvada

Samvada works with young people across Karnataka, treating youth not as a future resource but as changemakers facing real barriers of unemployment, exclusion and mental distress. From Bengaluru it runs programmes including Sahayana, Baduku, Kanaja and YuWyaan, combining education, counselling and livelihood pathways oriented towards equity, sustainability and democracy.
