Involve began in 2016 with a peer-teaching pilot in Delhi and now embeds student-led peer learning inside government school systems. Registered in 2018, it has grown from projects in Chennai and Bengaluru to district-level REACH partnerships in Sambhal and Bhagalpur and work across six states, crossing one million students in 2024, with a randomised controlled trial under way with Columbia and Harvard researchers.
