ALERT (Amenity Lifeline Emergency Response Team) is a volunteer-driven Chennai NGO that prepares ordinary people to act in medical emergencies. It has trained over five lakh people in first aid across schools, colleges, companies and rural communities, and runs the VoICE community emergency-responder network, a simulation lab and free online first-aid classes.
