Worrin Muivah is the founder and director of STEP North-East (2020)[1], an Indian non-profit working on education from Imphal.

STEP North-East

STEP North-East was founded in 2020 to close the education gap between towns and remote villages in the region. Its three verticals are teacher-training workshops on classroom communication, exposure programmes that show rural students wider academic and career possibilities, and career counselling that village schools cannot otherwise provide, backed by a teaching fellowship.
