Srujna trains women from underserved communities to turn craft into income, upskilling them in textile work, food processing and sustainable products and then linking them to markets. Its Superdidi programme grooms grassroots leaders, its financial-literacy drives have reached over two and a half lakh women, and 16,000 women have been provided livelihood opportunities.
