Plustrust

Plustrust is a Bangalore-based nonprofit founded in 2008 that provides micro-incubation support to women changemakers from rural communities across 14 Indian states. It works to close gender gaps in entrepreneurship and innovation by identifying women with entrepreneurial mindsets and helping them pilot ventures in education, healthcare, and livelihood.

600+ women reached through the orientation program, with 224 fellowships offered
46 women changemakers started their own service enterprises
67 women became Community Health Entrepreneurs, reaching 25,000+ people through health camps and 7,000+ diagnostic tests
15,000+ people impacted across various states
