Saket is the co-founders of Samarthya [1], an Indian non-profit working on education from New Delhi.

Samarthya

Samarthya (Association For Equitable Educational Spaces) works from Delhi to make the governance of public institutions genuinely participatory. Its focus is activating the local governance platforms — such as the school management committees mandated by the Right to Education Act — that exist on paper but rarely function, so that parents and communities gain a real voice in how their schools are run.

Samarthya reports the following, on its own site:

Reaching ~2.75 lakh SMC members in 19000+ government schools in Punjab.
14000+ SMCs across the state use the SMC training module launched by the Haryana Education Department.
