Parth J Shah is the founding trustee of Centre for Civil Society (CCS) (1997)[1], an Indian non-profit working on education and human rights from New Delhi.

Centre for Civil Society is a New Delhi-based public policy think tank founded by Dr Parth Shah that researches and advocates on education reform, street vendors' livelihoods and economic freedom. It runs public policy training programmes and courses including the iPolicy course for young leaders and the Colloquium on Economics and Knowledge.

Centre for Civil Society (CCS) reports the following, on its own site:

  • 1,10,000 students (grades III-XII) and 3,500 teachers have received access to spoken English skills through Project Bolo English
  • 5,000+ teachers from low-cost private schools trained in English language capacity building (2023-24)
