Leadership For Equity

Leadership For Equity is an education non-profit that works in deep partnership with government bodies rather than directly with schools, acting as an advisory and implementation organisation for systemic reform. Started in 2017 with a focus on Pune city in partnership with MSCERT and since scaled to several states, it strengthens educational governance through policy advisory and data-based decision making, coaches government officers who lead programme implementation, and improves in-service teacher learning through lesson plans and teaching-learning material.
