Hema is the co-founders / 'the founding team at rubaroo' of Rubaroo [1], an Indian non-profit working on education and human rights from Hyderabad.

Rubaroo

Rubaroo, meaning to come face to face, creates spaces in Hyderabad where adolescents and young people examine their own identities and act on issues of gender and interfaith harmony. Its programmes include the Emerging Leaders and Interfaith Youth Leadership tracks, Agaaz-e-Baatcheet dialogues, social-emotional learning and equality clubs in schools, and community youth centres.
