321 Education Foundation
321 Education Foundation is a Bengaluru-based nonprofit working to fix India's foundational learning gap in reading and math for children in grades 1 through 8. Its core PARaM framework trains government-school teachers to prepare, assess, remediate and motivate students, rather than delivering content directly to children. The foundation runs both in-field programs across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru and an online teacher-training track, and cites ASER data on learning poverty as the problem it targets. It has trained thousands of teachers and worked with hundreds of schools since its 2012 founding.
321 Education Foundation reports the following, on its own site:
- 158,000 students reached through on-field programs
- 9,500 teachers trained on-field
