Dr. Akhouri is the the founding collective (as page says); ela bhatt led registration of Udyogini (1992)[1], an Indian non-profit working on women & children and livelihood from New Delhi.

For over three decades Udyogini has turned rural women into entrepreneurs, building value chains around local produce and village-level retail centres that create market linkages. Working currently in six states, it has supported more than 48,000 women, added climate-resilient enterprise to its portfolio, and teaches business skills through its School of Enterprise.
