Bala Vikasa

Bala Vikasa is a Warangal-based development organisation running community-owned safe drinking water plants, water conservation, WASH, women's empowerment, widow emancipation, education and humanitarian relief programmes. It requires beneficiary communities to contribute to and own the assets created, and also runs a people's development training centre.
