Angel Xpress Foundation runs free learning centres across Mumbai where volunteer mentors — stay-at-home parents, retirees, professionals and students — teach first-generation learners from neighbouring slum communities. Its model is built on pairing each child with an involved, educated adult, and it helps schools and residents open new centres in their own neighbourhoods.
