Vidhayak Sansad is a public trust founded in 1979, working for the socio-economic empowerment of tribal communities, Dalits and women in Palghar district, Maharashtra. It runs the Ekalvya residential school providing formal and vocational education to over 400 tribal girls, human-rights training for tribal volunteers, and campaigns against bonded labour alongside its allied trade union, Shramjeevi Sanghatana.
