Smt. Subhadra Joshi is the founder of All India Deaf and Dumb Society (1956)[1], an Indian non-profit working on disability and education from Delhi.

All India Deaf and Dumb Society was founded in 1956 by freedom fighter and former MP Smt. Subhadra Joshi for the welfare of the hearing-impaired. It runs the Premalabai Chavan School for the Deaf in East Delhi, established in 1972 and recognised by the Delhi Directorate of Education, offering education from nursery to class 8 alongside speech therapy and vocational training. The organisation began with vocational tailoring classes before expanding into formal schooling and broader rehabilitation services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
