Katakhali Swapnopuron Welfare Society
Katakhali Swapnopuron Welfare Society was founded in 2012 by Satarupa Majumder to bring quality English-medium education to children on remote islands of the Sundarbans in West Bengal. Alongside its school, the society runs child protection, adolescent health and women's empowerment programmes, and mounted large-scale community kitchens after Cyclone Amphan.
