Ritu Motwani is the founder and founder members of ETASHA Society (2006)[1], an Indian non-profit working on livelihood, education and women & children from New Delhi.

ETASHA Society

ETASHA Society has worked since 2006 with youth, adolescents, women and the people who influence them in Delhi's low-income neighbourhoods, building the skills, confidence and mindset that modern workplaces demand. It runs placement-linked skill training for young people, entrepreneurship development for women, and education and career guidance in schools serving adolescents from these communities.

ETASHA Society reports the following, on its own site:

  • 417,240+ people impacted
  • 80,155 adolescents reached with education and career guidance
  • 25,982 youth given skill development and placement-linked training
  • 273,639 reached through community outreach
