i-Saksham runs a multi-year fellowship in rural Bihar districts with high rates of school dropout and early marriage among girls, combining life-skills coaching, school re-enrolment drives and community organising to build young women into local change agents. Founded in 2015, it is registered in Delhi with its fieldwork concentrated in Bihar.
