Aaina works across 424 villages in six Odisha districts on the empowerment of persons with disabilities through community-based rehabilitation, alongside women's empowerment and child rights, helping people with disabilities become self-sufficient contributors to development.

- Facilitated birth certificate issuance for 1,300 children (2003–2008)
