P.K. Rath is the founder of Aaina[1], an Indian non-profit working on disability and women & children from Bhubaneswar.

Aaina works across 424 villages in six Odisha districts on the empowerment of persons with disabilities through community-based rehabilitation, alongside women's empowerment and child rights, helping people with disabilities become self-sufficient contributors to development.

Aaina reports the following, on its own site:

  • Formed 107 self-help groups of persons with disabilities in Ganjam district (2003–2008)
  • Facilitated birth certificate issuance for 1,300 children (2003–2008)
  • Conducted access audits in 10 districts
