Neena Jolly is the founding trustee of Adharshila Trust[1], an Indian non-profit working on livelihood, education and healthcare from New Delhi.

Adharshila Trust works across Delhi-NCR's informal settlements, including Govind Puri, Kalkaji and Sangam Vihar, running education, healthcare and vocational-skills programmes and holding special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council.

Adharshila Trust reports the following, on its own site:

  • 3,50,000+ beneficiaries reached (2004–March 2025)
  • 620 households solar-powered in a village on the banks of the Yamuna (2020–21)
  • 7,000 individuals reached per year through 30–40 outreach sessions in slums, schools and colleges
