Mr Madhava Rao is the founder of Aadarana Foundation[1], an Indian non-profit working on orphans & child care and education from Hyderabad.

Aadarana is a Hyderabad-based charitable society that runs a free residential children's home for orphaned and destitute children, providing shelter, three daily meals, healthcare and emotional support. It also operates its own school on the same campus, Amitabha Aadarana Vidyalaya, offering free textbooks, uniforms and meals to children from low-income families. The organization says it has cared for more than 7,000 children since founding, with roughly 300 children currently in residence. Alumni have gone on to IITs, NITs, medical colleges and careers abroad, according to the organization.
