Adhikar is a Bhubaneswar-based nonprofit working on human rights, child and women's rights, disability inclusion, safe migration and disaster response across Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Assam and West Bengal. It runs RTI, RTE and forest-rights advocacy alongside skill development and water and sanitation programmes for slum and rural communities.

- 20,800 families benefited from sanitation loans
- 2,350 school dropout youths benefited from the skill development programme
- More than 30,000 people benefited during the Fani cyclone response
