It runs Snehalaya residential care homes providing geriatric care for elderly people who have been cured of leprosy or a disability but rejected by their families due to stigma, alongside child and old-age care, street-animal welfare, support for the beggar community, and welfare and rehabilitation programmes for retired sex workers, delivered through a nationwide 'Kalyan Mitra' volunteer network.
