Matru Sewa Sangh

Founded in 1921 by Padmashree Kamalatai Hospet and Venutai Nene, Matru Sewa Sangh is one of Central India's oldest charitable trusts. From its Sitabuldi maternity home in Nagpur it has grown into a network of institutions spanning maternity care, a foundling home and adoption services, residential schools and a rehabilitation centre for divyang children, the Panchawati old-age home, working women's hostels, a family counselling centre and Vidarbha's first college of social work.
