K. Anji Reddy is the founder of Dr. Reddy's Foundation[1] and Naandi Foundation (1998)[2], Indian non-profits working on livelihood, education, women & children and rural & agriculture from Hyderabad.

Dr. Reddy's Foundation

Dr. Reddy's Foundation runs livelihood, skilling and education programmes to help disadvantaged youth gain employment and sustainable incomes. It operates skill-development centres across many states.

Dr. Reddy's Foundation reports the following, on its own site:

  • 4,95,376+ students supported across 22 states

Naandi Foundation

Naandi Foundation works on girls' education and farmer livelihoods, and reports training more than 35,000 women farmers in regenerative agriculture. It operates the Araku Coffee brand and reports a presence in 438 districts across 21 states. Project Nanhi Kali, listed separately on Daan, is a programme Naandi runs.

Naandi Foundation reports the following, on its own site:

  • 30,00,000 tribal lives brought out of poverty
  • 40,00,000 girls empowered through schooling and life skills
  • Over 700,000 girls supported under Project Nanhi Kali to complete a decade of schooling
