Kishalay Foundation was established in 2013 by IIM Bangalore alumni Biplab Das and Saurabh Kumar to improve education in remote rural Bengal. From its Sonarpur base near Kolkata it runs learning hubs and school-support programmes for children in the Sundarbans, along with nutrition and scholarship initiatives.
