HAQ: Centre for Child Rights is a New Delhi-based nonprofit, established in 1998, that works to recognise, protect and promote the rights of all children, especially the most disadvantaged. It combines evidence-based advocacy, government budget and rights-index monitoring, and direct legal protection and counselling support for children in distress, including those in mining areas, brick kilns and the juvenile justice system.

568 referrals of child sexual abuse cases received between April 2024 and March 2025; HAQ's legal team represented 34 cases before Juvenile Justice Boards/courts and provided psycho-social services in the remaining 534 cases
