Ekam Foundation is a nonprofit founded by paediatrician Dr. Sailakshmi Balijepally to reduce infant and maternal mortality in India. Based in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu with a presence in Chennai, it supplements care at primary health centres, district hospitals and tertiary government hospitals, focusing specifically on neonatal and infant healthcare over more than a decade of work.
