Basara Educational and Welfare Society (BEWS) is a Muzaffarpur, Bihar-based society working under the motto 'Little girls with DREAMS become women with Vision.' It runs health camps, hygiene and sanitation drives, and winter-relief and flood-relief distribution for vulnerable families, alongside Project SHAKTI, an adolescent-girl empowerment programme. Other activities include vocational training for youth and community outreach sessions for orphaned children. The society is active on the ground in and around Patna and Muzaffarpur.

- Over 1,800 beneficiaries reached through five blanket and saree distribution camps in 2024-25
- Seven health check-up camps identified 202 individuals with diabetes and 268 with high blood pressure in 2024-25
