Family Welfare Agency
Established in 1950 to serve families displaced after Partition, the Family Welfare Agency began with community services in the textile-mill chawls of Lower Parel, Mumbai. Over seven decades its focus has shifted to the elderly and community mental health, with initiatives including care for homebound senior citizens, an urban model for elder care and the We Care campaign against elder abuse.

- 10,000+ senior citizens supported for health care and psycho- social wellness over last 2 decades
