B. Saleem Farook is the founder of ANTODAYA (1989)[1], an Indian non-profit working on tribal welfare, rural & agriculture, women & children and human rights from Kalahandi.
ANTODAYA
ANTODAYA was founded in 1989 by the late B. Saleem Farook out of a movement against land alienation of tribals in Thuamul Rampur block of Kalahandi, Odisha. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and holds FCRA registration since 1991. Its work covers tribal development, women's self-help groups, education and rural livelihoods in one of Odisha's most drought-prone districts.
