Art Jenkyns is the founder of Operation Eyesight India^[1], an Indian non-profit working on healthcare from Hyderabad.

Operation Eyesight India

Operation Eyesight India is the Indian arm of Operation Eyesight, working to prevent avoidable blindness and restore sight. It works on cataracts, uncorrected refractive error, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, retinopathy of prematurity and other causes of vision loss through community eye health programmes, hospital strengthening, disease control, and research and advocacy. Its office is hosted at the International Centre for Advancement of Rural Eye Care on the L V Prasad Eye Institute campus in Hyderabad.
