Founded in 1968 in memory of RSS worker Narayan Hari 'Nana' Palkar, this Parel institution runs the Rugna Seva Sadan giving free residential accommodation to outstation patients and their attendants near Tata Memorial and KEM hospitals, plus subsidised pathology, medical aid and a chemotherapy day-care centre in Borivali.
