Borderless World Foundation, founded in Pune in March 2002 by Adhik Kadam, works in the border regions of Jammu & Kashmir, running Basera-e-Tabassum homes for girls orphaned by conflict, the Dalpari ambulance boat on Dal Lake, mobile medical units and crisis response from the 2014 Kashmir floods to the 2016 pellet-injury treatment drives.
