Radhika Barthakur is the founder of Balipara Foundation (2007)[1], an Indian non-profit working on environment, tribal welfare and livelihood from Balipara.

Balipara Foundation, founded in 2007 in Assam, works on biodiversity conservation and forest restoration in the Eastern Himalayas. Its Naturenomics model links rehabilitation of elephant corridors and degraded forest land with livelihoods, agroforestry and education for indigenous communities.
